Glendale Countertops
New tops templated after the cabinets are set, cut to the room and installed with the sink.
Square tile counters with dark grout lines are still common in Glendale homes from the 1980s and 1990s. Replacing them is often the single change that makes a kitchen easiest to clean.
Countertops are templated on site once the cabinets are level and fastened. That measurement drives the cut, so seams land where you expect and overhangs match the drawing.
Tile counters often sit on a mortar bed over plywood. We remove them, check the cabinet tops and replace damaged decking before the template.

Engineered stone with consistent color and no sealing.

Natural stone, here in a leathered finish that hides fingerprints.

Warm wood on an island end or baking station.

Eased, mitered or thick-look edges cut to suit the style.

Expect a short gap of days, sometimes up to two weeks, while the fabricator cuts your slab. We schedule tear-out as late as possible to keep it short.
Countertops by themselves aren't on the City's permit list. Moving the sink drain or adding outlets is, and we handle that permit when the job includes it.
Yes. The fabricator needs the exact sink model for an undermount cutout, so we choose it before templating.
Usually. New stone rarely meets an old backsplash cleanly, so most countertop jobs include new tile.
